Our Special Event Process is Similar to Yours
Dating
Let’s chat and get to know each other. Here’s where we sit down and kickoff a collaborative session to discuss what’s important to you and how we are a good fit. We love to do a ton of listening so we can really understand your vision and explore the musicians and music services that would help best complement your style. Have some creative ideas? We love that too. You’re in the right place–talk to us about them!
Engagement
Once you lock in your date with us, the talent will be assigned to your event right away. No bait and switch games here. We’re honored that you’ve chosen us to be your event entertainment and we’re here to make this the best possible experience for you. This is where we’ll discuss the next steps and get you set up with our planning tools to help organize your ideas, music selections, and other formalities.
Tie The Knot
We do an in-depth planning session with you 2 months before your big day. This is when we’ll review and personalize your announcements, special events, mix of music, and the overall “vibe” you’re envisioning for the day. We even let you in on some cool creative tips that will help you through the final stages of the planning and the party itself, this way you can simply show up and enjoy the day with your family and friends not having to worry about a thing.
