About: Elegant Music Group’s Corporate Production Division delivers high-performance technical execution for conferences, brand activations, executive keynotes, multi-camera live streams, and complex live event environments.

Our Corporate Production Team is built for precision. Every role supports polished, client-facing productions that require technical excellence, composure under pressure, and clean execution from load-in through strike.

We are seeking experienced production professionals who take pride in preparation, professionalism, and performance under show conditions.

Job Type: Part Time (Weekdays & Weekends)

Compensation: $35/hr Starting Wage

Available Roles:

• Live Stream/Video Technician

• Lead Audio Engineer (A1)

• Audio Technician (A2)

• LED Systems Technician

• Lighting Systems Technician

• Projection Mapping & Media Systems Engineer

• Grip & Electric Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage multi-camera live stream productions
  • Configure video switchers (Blackmagic ATEM, vMix, Wirecast, etc.)
  • Encode and stream to platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, RTMP)
  • Design and execute FOH and/or broadcast audio systems
  • RF coordination for wireless microphones and IEMs
  • Program and operate lighting consoles (ETC, ChamSys, etc.)
  • Build and maintain LED wall systems and processors (Novastar)
  • Deploy projection mapping systems and media servers (MadMapper, Resolume)
  • Manage stage patching, routing, and signal flow
  • Rig truss, pipe and drape, lighting systems, and power distribution
  • Troubleshoot technical issues under show pressure
  • Maintain clean cable management and professional workflow
  • Coordinate with production managers, show callers, and clients onsite

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:

• 1–3+ years of live event, broadcast, touring, or corporate production experience (depending on role)

• Advanced understanding of signal flow, routing, and system troubleshooting

• Experience with professional audio, video, lighting, or LED systems

• Ability to perform under high-pressure show conditions

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Corporate client-facing professionalism

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs+ and work extended event hours

• Comfort working at height (for applicable roles)

• Job duties may be added or modified as needed
